FACULTY OPENINGS, DEPARTMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING, TSINGHUA UNIVERSITY, BEIJING, P.R. CHINA

For the 2017-2018 academic year, the department has four tenure-track faculty openings at all ranks (tenure-track and tenured, including senior faculty) in the areas of production systems, quality and reliability, operations research, and operations management. The salary package for these positions will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications. Individuals with research interests and strong background in industrial big data/analysis, smart production systems, Internet of Things (IoT), information technology, and related areas are particularly encouraged. Applicants should obtain a Ph.D. in IE or closely related area by the time of appointment. The emphasis of the departmental faculty is to produce high quality, high impact research which is disseminated in leading international journals.
