Penn State Behrend, invites applications for a non-tenure-track faculty
position in the Mechanical Engineering Technology Department beginning
fall 2017. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to
undergraduate education. Teaching assignments will be made in the areas of
engineering mechanics, engineering graphics with solid modeling,
measurements, computer applications and manufacturing. This is a one-year,
fixed-term position and the salary is competitive. Preferred
qualifications include a Master's or Ph.D. degree in mechanical,
manufacturing, industrial, or closely related engineering discipline,
registration as a professional engineer, prior college-level teaching
experience, and five or more of years industrial experience.
