Annual Award Outstanding Industry Practitioner of Logistics and Supply Chain

The Logistics and Supply Chain Division of IISE invites nominations for its annual award recognizing excellence in the practice of logistics and supply chain.

The award will be presented at the upcoming 2017 IISE Annual Conference in Pittsburg from May 20-23.

Eligibility Criteria:

  *   The candidate must be a member of IISE,
  *   The applied case/project for which he/she is being recognized must make a considerable contribution to the logistics and/or supply chain management practice,
  *   The candidate should have industry experience in LSC for at least three years.

The candidate can be nominated by a colleague in his own company or outside his/her organization. The following documents will be asked for nomination:

  *   Letters of support from the nominator and two other individuals,
  *   Project summary and supporting items such as software, material or techniques used in industry practice for which the candidate is being recognized,
  *   Curriculum Vitae of the candidate,
  *   A one-page reflective statement by the individual being nominated.
All supporting documents in the nomination package should be submitted in pdf format. Deadline for nominations is February 20, 2017 by midnight (CST).
