[Iefac.list] call for student best paper competition in healthcare research (IISE Healthcare Track)

Dear Colleagues,

IISE Healthcare Track is pleased to announce the 2017 Student Best Paper Competition!

The first place, the second place and the third place winners will receive $500, $300 and $200, and the opportunity to present your project at the Industrial and Systems Annual Conference (IISE 2017).

The submission deadline is March 1, 2017. Paper submissions can include multiple student authors and should describe applied projects, research results, case studies, class projects or other work efforts in which industrial engineering skills were applied to a problem arising in healthcare systems engineering.  Judging criteria are based on originality, technical merit, relevance, organization and quality of the paper.

Please, see the attachments for more information about the guidelines for a successful paper and how to submit your paper for the competition.

Requirements:

  *   The first author on the paper must be a student.
