Colleagues,

Due to difficulty in connection during international travel, list 
submissions were not handled in a timely way this month, and most 
submissions have been lost.  If you submitted a post between March 2 and 
March 20, your submission has been lost.  My apologies for this lack of 
service.  Please re-submit your posts and they will be handled 
expeditiously.
