The track chairs of the General Engineering Management Track invites paper submissions for the 2016 International Annual Conference (IAC) of the American Society for Engineering Management (ASEM). ASEM International Annual Conference is a peer review, present-to-publish conference. Membership in ASEM is not mandatory, and nonmembers are cordially invited to submit contributions. The conference is in Charlotte, NC from October 26 to October 29, 2016 hosted by the University of North Carolina at Charlotte - Systems Engineering and Engineering Management Department.

The theme of the conference is "Energizing Engineering Management."

The topic areas suggested for the General Engineering Management Track are, but not limited to, EM Profession, EM Education and Training, and International EM issues. Abstract submissions are due on February 29, 2016.

Industry Track:
The industry track invites submission of papers, or optionally presentations only, on engineering management topics directly relevant to industry. Interested speakers may submit an abstract, and either a paper or one-page description of the planned presentation. Presentation time is 30 minutes each.

Tutorials, Workshops, and Special Sessions:
Individuals interested in conducting a tutorial or workshop are invited to submit a summary of two to three pages describing the proposed topic and title, as well as a description of the areas to be covered.
