The H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISyE) at Georgia Institute of Technology is searching for an internationally recognized researcher to occupy the Chandler Family Endowed Chair.  Criteria for evaluating candidates include: (1) earned doctorate in a field relevant to industrial & systems engineering, (2) a successful research program, and (3) a willingness to participate in educational programs, facilitate corporate relationships and attract external funding. Candidates will be required to teach undergraduate and graduate courses.  Although the research area is open, we are particularly interested in the area of applied probability, stochastic processes and simulation.
