[Iefac.list] Three faculty openings at UNC Charlotte

Dear colleagues,

Recently we have posted three faculty openings at UNC Charlotte;s college
of engineering. One of them is an open-rank position for energy analytics
and control (http://blog.drhongtao.com/2015/11/job-uncc-epic.html) from the
Energy Production and Infrastructure Center (EPIC). The other two are
tenure-track positions for analytics and operations research (
http://blog.drhongtao.com/2015/12/job-uncc-seem.html) from the department
of systems engineering and engineering management (SEEM), which include
energy as one of the application areas.

Here are a couple of clarification points:
1. There is only one search committee for the two SEEM positions, so you
only need to submit ONE application for one of the two SEEM positions if
you are interested in the SEEM positions only.
2. The application to the EPIC position is not going to be rolled over to
the SEEM positions, and vice versa. If you are interested in both EPIC and
SEEM, you will need to submit two applications, one for the EPIC position,
and the other for one of the SEEM positions.
