The School of Industrial Engineering at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (PUCV), seeking to enrich its research and education thrusts, announces the opening of multiple tenured/tenure-track faculty positions during the 2015-2016 academic year. The school has an ambitious plan to consolidate its thriving PhD program and is interested in attracting applicants with strong analytical background and research interests in one or more of the following areas: Management Science, Manufacturing and Production Systems, Operations Research, Systems Modeling, Applied Mathematics, Stochastic Modeling or Computer Science. Successful candidates should also demonstrate a strong commitment to quality research and teaching in their discipline and enthusiasm for collaborative and interdisciplinary scholarly work at an international level.
