[Iefac.list] Energy Forecasting Papers

Dear Colleagues,

During the last couple of months, over 20 notable energy forecasting papers
have been published by IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid (Special Section on
Analytics for Energy Forecasting with Applications to Smart Grid) and
International Journal of Forecasting (Special Section on Energy
Forecasting).
These papers cover a wide range of topics, such as 1) Global Energy
Forecasting Competition; 2) Load forecasting and analysis with high
granular data; 3) Probabilistic energy forecasting; 4) Forecasting and
analysis of emerging subjects; and 5) Novel methods for wind power
forecasting. They represent the state-of-the-art of energy forecasting
