[Iefac.list] MOOCOR a free online course for Industrial Engineering Students

Dear Colleagues,

MOOCOR is a course in linear programming designed for industrial
engineering students. It is offered as a true MOOC, free of charge and open
to everybody around the world. If you have students who need to get some
background in operations research, this may be the perfect opportunity for
them to learn the materials.

Additionally, if any faculty is interested in joint research in this area,
we would welcome your ideas and co-operation. Even if you would like to
record and teach some of the topics, or serve as an adviser to the course
we would be delighted to arrange that.

Please, take a look at the a short 7 minute video posted to YouTube
announcing the course and the general topics it would discuss. Also, please
share the the information with those whom you think might benefit from the
course.
