Dear Colleagues,

First of all, thank you so much for the interests and the inquiries you
have sent to us regarding The Second IIE-CIS Mobile App Competition, which
will be held in 2014 IIE Annual Conference & Expo in Montreal, Quebec,
Canada.

In order to provide enough time for students who team up with their
classmates and come up with creative ideas for their mobile apps,
the competition steering committee has decided to extend the deadline of
the two-page proposal submission to November 22, 2013.

This competition is designed to provide students with opportunities for
developing practical mobile apps and taking business initiatives for the
mobile apps in the field of Industrial & Systems Engineering.

Please refer to the attached PDF file for detailed information, such as
competition schedule, eligibility of participants, competition scope,
evaluation process, etc.

Once again, the deadline for two-page proposal submission is extended to
November 22, 2013.
