I would like to make the Industrial Engineering community aware of a resource that is available for students either studying or wanting to learn more about applied stochastic processes. It may be found at www.stochasticchallenge.org<http://www.stochasticchallenge.org>, with updated information posted frequently on www.facebook.com/stochasticchallenge<http://www.facebook.com/stochasticchallenge> or on twitter at @StochasticChall. This resource was developed as part of a grant from the NSF-TUES program, and contains video tutorials (in English and Spanish), a wiki-style encyclopedia that anyone can edit, and web-based calculators that perform common calculations. As always, we appreciate any feedback or contributions you might have on this work.
Thanks,
Timothy I. Matis, Ph.D.
Associate Professor of Industrial Engineering
