I am organizing this year's cluster in the area of NETWORKS sponsored by 
the INFORMS Optimization Society at the 2013 Annual Meeting in 
Minneapolis, MN, October 6-9, 2013. Abstract submission deadline is May 
15, 2013.

If you are interested in organizing a session, please email me with your 
name, contact information and a tentative topic for the session. Once 
you are entered as a session chair in the system, you will receive
access to invite speakers to your session.

TALKS:
If you are interested in giving a talk in this cluster but not organize
a session, please email me your title, abstract, author/coauthor
information so that I can try to find an appropriate session for your talk.
