Dear Colleagues:
I would like to bring to your attention the recently published textbook on Supply Chain Engineering: Models and Applications, by the CRC Press. The book is primarily addressed to the IE students, who are at the advanced undergraduate level or first year graduate level. It emphasizes the use of quantitative models for the solution of supply chain management problems. It contains an in-depth coverage of supplier selection, supply chain risk mitigation and global supply chain management. The attached flyer gives more details on the book, including the table of contents.

You can request an examination copy of the textbook at the CRC web site given below:

http://www.crcpress.com/product/isbn/9781439811986

An instructor's manual with solutions to all the numerical problems and mini-case studies is also available from the publisher. If you need additional information about the suitability of this book to your course, please do not hesitate to contact me.
With best regards.......Ravi
