Dear colleagues:

We would like to invite nominations (including self-nominations) for plenary talks, tutorials, and invited sessions for the 1st International Institute of Industrial Engineers Conference that will be held in Istanbul, June 26th – 28th, 2013.  Professor Cynthia Barnhart, Ford Professor & Associate Dean of Engineering at MIT will be one of our keynote speakers.

We have limited slots for plenary talks, tutorials and invited sessions and are seeking leaders in our profession.  If you (or one of your colleagues) are interested in either presenting or delivering one of the above talks/sessions, please send us (Prof. Ihsan Sabuncuoglu or me) a title and a brief bio. This is a unique opportunity to participate in the first IIE sponsored international conference in industrial engineering with the signature theme of The Global Reach of Industrial Engineering.  The conference will feature the limitless possibilities of industrial engineering in the future and we do hope you share our excitement and will actively participate.
