Dear colleague,

the 8th International Conference on Modeling and Analysis of Semiconductor Manu­facturing (MASM 2012), held in Berlin, Germany,  December 9-12, will again be a forum for the exchange of ideas and best practices between researchers and practitioners from around the world involved in modeling and analysis of high tech manufacturing systems. The MASM 2012 conference will be fully contained within the Winter Simulation Conference 2012 (WSC ’12), the leading conference in discrete event simulation (http://www.wintersim.org/).

We would like to invite you to present your work at MASM 2012 (see the attached Call for Papers and http://www.wintersim.org/node/4?q=node/21 for paper submission deadlines and other requirements).
