YOU AND IIE CAN HELP STUDENTS REACH THEIR GOALS



IIE scholarship and fellowship deadlines are drawing near!



It's not too late to nominate deserving students for an IIE scholarship or fellowship. IIE's program is in place to recognize graduate and undergraduate industrial engineering students for academic excellence and campus leadership. The awards are valued up to $4,000.



Scholarship fund trustees consider the following criteria:

*         Scholastic ability

*         Character

*         Leadership

*         Potential service to the industrial engineering profession

*         Financial need


Students may not apply directly for any scholarships. They must be nominated by industrial engineering department heads or faculty advisors.

Nominations for nearly all IIE scholarships and fellowships must be mailed to IIE headquarters by November 15. The only exception is the Society for Health Systems Scholarship<http://www.iienet2.org/Details.aspx?id=857#shs>, which has a deadline of December 1.
