[Iefac.list] Invitation to IEEE CEC 2011 in New Orleans

Dear Industrial Engineering Colleague,

I want to invite you to  IEEE Congress on Evolutionary Computation
(CEC) 2011 from June 5-8 in New Orleans.  We have three great keynotes
lined up, some exciting competitions, stimulating workshops and great
tutorials.  And, an array of fun social events!  

While we already received a large quantity of paper submissions from
around the world, we still have more capacity in our technical program.

I am writing to you with an invitation to submit a paper to IEEE CEC
2011, and to encourage your colleagues and students to do likewise. 
Submissions are accepted through March 7.

All accepted and presented papers will appear in the Proceedings and be
fully abstracted by IEEE.  Of course, I invite you to participate
without a paper and learn more about cutting edge research in
evolutionary computation and to network with the leaders in the field. 
And, the conference registration fees and hotel rates are exceptional
values!
