[Iefac.list] INFORMS 1st International Conference on Service Science, Hong Kong 2009 - Call for Paper

The Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS)
is going to have its 1st international conference on Service Science at the
Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) from August 6-7 2009.
We plan to have parallel tracks on a wide range of topics related to Service
Science, Engineering and Management, including special tracks on logistics
service, financial service, and service quality, high-profile panel
discussions, and keynote speeches by Prof. Way Kuo, President of City Univ.
of Hong Kong, Prof. Candace Yano from UC Berkeley, Prof. Mike Pinedo from
NYU, and Dr. Grace Lin from IBM.

We would like to invite you to contribute a paper and/or organize a session
