To clarify, when I say seniority, I mean typically students will be
assigneddesk space based on seniority to offices that have
historically been
preferred(4th floor 1st, 5th floor 2nd, and so on).
I don't think at this point students will be allowed to pick based on
seniority, they will be assigned to the "best desk space" based on
seniority.

Hi everyone,
I have heard from several people concerns that Dr. Latour is going to
reassign desk space (3rd floor office space is almost done) for
everyoneaccording to seniority (I'm not 100% sure this is the case,
but I've heard
this). Therefore, this may affect people who already have assigned desk
space. I want to know everyones' opinion-would you like desk space assigned
according to seniority or according to what floor your lab is on.
Let me know ASAP and I will take it to Dr. Latour (I think he is going to
start reassigning next week).
