Regrettably, I can’t meet today, as I have a medical appointment to get to during the meeting hour. I do have one question. Is the intent of this Resolution to, as it says, establish a scholarship or is the intent to establish a named scholarship fund from which a grant or multiple grants may be awarded (annually)?
