Good morning BGs,

Here is a retired Clemson professor who was known for providing housing for students of color. He specifically wants this housing to go to a (a) graduate student (b) and right now we are looking for black graduate students. This apartment is DOWNTOWN in a prime spot, fully furnished and with a small price that can be negotiated (he always works with students).

Seeking someone to live and take care of my house beginning spring semester in exchange for furnished room, bathroom and kitchen with reduced rent, all utilities, and internet. Also would like to say thanks to those that were able to swing by Wednesday for the BG Barbershop over at Littlejohn Community Center along with those that donated.  Plan to have another one in the spring
