[Bgs-list] Zoom Lunch Tomorrow

Fellow BG’s,

Tomorrow we will continue our national conversation on whatever it is we want to talk about via zoom. We have been fortunate enough to have BG’s from across the country join us on our calls making it truly a uniquely powerful and enlightening dialogue. Let me take a moment to remind you that the BG’s is a space for all BG’s to come and have the ability to listen, learn, share, and be challenged. We have this forum in the spirit of the barbershop where titles don’t matter, trash gets talked, and BG’s are affirmed. That doesn’t mean that we will all agree, approach issues from the same lens, nor just let you get away with saying any old crazy piece of nonsense that is antithetical to th health, well-being and welfare of BG’s. It does mean that we have learned through 20 plus years of having this forum how to disagree without being disagreeable. If you are a person who is closed minded, egocentric, or quick to get in your feelings you are still welcome as a BG, but don’t expect those behaviors or attitudes to just be accepted without being discussed. We will be on the zoom tomorrow at noon (EST). 
Tomorrow’s topics include voting, the increase of Covid-19 cases across the country, Black Wall Street and other race riots, the noose and nascar, and anything else we can think of. Until then I wish you all great health and if we are lucky BG Curtis White will deliver the speech he gave this past weekend in Clemson since he was unable to deliver his Easter speech this year.
