BG’s,

Thank you to everyone who was able to make lunch yesterday, we had great turnout, lively discussion and fun fellowship. On Monday we will have a special call lunch to say goodbye to one of our BG faithful who will be leaving to pursue opportunities elsewhere. Yes, that’s right he’s been given his freedom papers and is heading west. If you want to know who is leaving and where he is headed, I guess you will have to come to lunch on Monday as we say goodbye in our own BG way. We will be trying a new place The Tipsy Taco in the newly opened Marshall’s/Aldi Plaza on highway 123 as you head south out of Clemson and into Seneca (yes just over the bridge). Lunch will be at noon on Monday. As usual reply only to me so we will know how many sets we will need. This is a new place not sure how the seating is set up so make sure you rsvp to me. Our topics beyond wishing our brother well will include a continuation of our P & G video, and seeking answers to the question of, “What makes you Black? Is it cold or, consciousness, commitment or a combination?” Looking forward to seeing you all again. Don’t forget to bring a new BG with you, Ive heard there are some more on campus this semester and in the community.
