Hello Everyone,



I had the opportunity to visit Mr. Daniel Spencer's "Call Me Mister" class this morning. Good things are still happening in an effort to train the young men to be more responsible for making improvements in their grades and their behavior as citizens of the Seneca Middle School. Today's discuss emphasized the importance of projecting a positive image as it is what people use to form their opinions of you and your capabilities. The young men are currently working on a project that requires them to write a poem or song around the theme "Knowledge". The due date for the project is tomorrow: 1/20/2017 during the 9:30 AM to 10 AM class period. If you can attend that class, please do so to provide encouragement for what they are doing.



As a reminder I am forwarding the schedule for the Saturday meetings that are being held at Duke Power's World of Energy Center in Seneca on Rochester Highway. Saturday's meeting is scheduled from 9 AM to approximately Noon. I know that some of us have a busy day planned with meetings and funerals. However, it is important that we support these your men as much as possible. Mr. Spencer indicated that if we can only attend for the first hour or hour and a half that would be appreciated.
