[Bgs-list] Lunch Tomorrow

My Fellow BG’s,

tomorrow is the first Wednesday of the month and probably the last time that some of you will be available to join us before other obligations get in the way with the start of a new school year. I was going to schedule lunch for somewhere in Anderson until I got a reminder that someone had already asked that this weeks lunch be held at none other than Western Sizzlin in Clemson on HWY 123 during our last gathering. So I will honor their request and save Anderson for the third Wednesday of the month where BG Billy D, will suggestion a place and join us. Tomorrows topics include both political conventions; the first female to be nominated by a major party, your opinion of a potential first lady who has posed nude, your opinion on Black celebrities who claim they will not vote, all things football, Michael Jordan speaking out on violence, Charles Barkley being given a tv show on race and anything else you want to discuss. As usual lunch begins at noon and please reply to me (NOT TO THE ENTIRE LIST) so I will know how many seats to get. Fair Warning: for the past three lunches we have had more people show up for lunch than those who replied, if you don’t reply and you show up you may not have a seat due to the large numbers we have had the last several lunches. If you reply and arrive late one of these jokers who don’t reply may be in your seat and then they will be asked to move. Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow where our mere presence will probably make some people nervous and violate some old law that someone forgot to remove about how many of us could gather together at one time. Make sure you tell any BG’s that may not be on the list I am finding there are quite a few folks who have never been on the list. Also shout out to my man Cleavon (AKA Pookie) we hope you will come back tomorrow so we can continue to bond!
