I saw this article and thought I would share with you. While there are a few of the comments I am not in full agreement with the overarching theme is one that I agree with. these are 21 things that we do not hear enough so I thought I would share them with you. Feel free to respond to me directly with any comments or feedback but do not reply to the entire group as there are people on this list that are not used to group emails and may encounter some sort of backlash from having too many messages from us.
