Hi Curtis,

I hope all is well.  We are having our annual "Experience Clemson" which is our open house for accepted minority students on Saturday, March 28th.  Over the years, this event has been very beneficial, and in some cases it was the deciding factor for some students to enroll at Clemson.  Although this event has been successful in the past, I think we should always strive for improvement.  One way is to have faculty involved in our open house .  Honestly, I don't think we really invited or asked faculty to be present.  With all the negative things that has surrounded Clemson over the past several months, I feel that it's imperative that we all come together and also have faculty involvement with our open house.   I am seeking your advice on the best way to get this accomplished.
