It's the third Wednesday of February and you know what that means...only one more week until Black History Month is over and today is our day to fellowship and dine.Today we will make it easy on you and go somewhere close, warm, and has plenty of seating. We are going to Pizza Hut on 123. We had a great turnout there our last time out let's see if we can top that. Even though some of you were on a two hour delay today, lunch is not on a two hour delay. We dine at noon. Today's topics include how do you explain the need for Black History Month to Black people (especially our youth)? How did an auditorium full of college students state aloud that the picture I posted of Condoleezza Rice was Barbara Bush? Have you watched any of the following: The Book of Negroes, Empire, 50 Shades of Grey, or Selma? As usual any other topics you would like to bring up.
