Invited 4 other guys to lunch.
Only one brother came along. One guy had prior commitment. Another guy got
pulled into a meeting at the last minute. Final guy nearly always brings
his lunch and prefers to check his stocks at lunch.
It will get better. If you know anyone in Greenville that might be inclined
to discuss things as we do/did in Clemson BGs have them email me.
Anyway, the one guy and I talked about Baltimore. He was sorta' of the
opinion that there is no place for violent outbursts.
I quoted Dr. King:
"But it is not enough for me to stand before you tonight and condemn riots.
It would be morally irresponsible for me to do that without, at the same
time, condemning the contingent, intolerable conditions that exist in our
society. These conditions are the things that cause individuals to feel
that they have no other alternative than to engage in violent rebellions to
get attention. And I must say tonight that a riot is the language of the
unheard."
We also talked about a couple of stories that run counter to big media
narrative.
