Happy Election Day BG's (because even though most of you are off today you are still checking your emails),

Tomorrow is the first Wednesday of November and we have been invited to dine at Southern Wesleyan University. Before you get too excited you still have to pay for your own meals, but thats not any different from our normal lunches. We will dine in the dining hall on their Central, SC campus. If you are not familiar with their campus ride with someone who is, Justin can you send the map like last time or directions? Thanks.

Tomorrows topics include 1) the elections and voter turnout, 2) have you seen the film "Dear White People"? 3) your top five issues facing black males attending predominately white institutions, and your top five issues for Black males in general (are they the same concerns?). As usual any other items you want to discuss. Lunch will begin at noon as usual. We really hope to see you there, we have had great turnout this semester. Bring a Black guy with you, and if you haven't been attending make every effort to do so. Feel free to respond to me your intentions so we will know to send out a search team if you don't show up. Also Dexter will be practicing his Thanksgiving speech and looking for feedback from us as he prepares to deliver his Thanksgiving speech at the annual church program. Come for the food but more importantly come support Dexter.
