Subject: Invictus Initiative UPDATE!

Gentlemen,

Thank you all for attending one or both of our first two Invictus Initiative meetings for this semester. We certainly appreciate your participation in helping us to raise the standards for minority males on Clemson's campus. Before our next meeting there are a few things we need to ask of you...

1) If you have not done so already, please fill out the attached survey (won't take more than 5 min) and bring it with you to the next meeting, or email it back to me.

2) Please print and sign the "Informed Consent" document and photo release form attached as well. These documents just explain the structure of the program this semester and asks you to sign in agreement to take pictures.

3) Please email me your course schedule from the Clemson SIS page, as well as all course syllabi that you have so that we can complete your profile and begin tracking your assignments.

** An online system will be up soon to allow you to check your progress, upload documents (such as tests, so that we can create our own test bank), and submit information to the group.

**Please keep an eye out for our posters on campus, and please let your friends know about what we are doing with the program.
