Pull out your favorite Clemson Tiger gear, spray paint the kids AND the dog ORANGE, grab your tailgating tent and camping chairs, stuff everything in your SUV, head up/down I-85 to Exit 19 Anderson and follow the orange paws to Tiger Nation!

Join the Clemson Black Alumni Council (CBAC), fellow Black alumni, faculty/staff and students for a fun-filled weekend of homecoming activities. Last year was CBAC's largest homecoming reunion ever with over 700 in attendance at the tailgate! Homecoming Reunion Schedule


FRIDAY, 10/7
3-5pm - Student/Alumni Networking Forum at the Clemson House
We are looking for alumni volunteers to participate in this networking and panel discussion with students on Who You Know Matters: Your Circle of Influence. The event will be held at the Clemson House in the Lila Holmes Ballroom. Clemson University's Minority Student Success Initiative (www.diversitycomplete.com/mssi<http://www.diversitycomplete.com/mssi>) and CBAC presents an opportunity for Black alumni to network and interact with undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students during Homecoming. Join in on panel discussions as well as talk one on one with students about life after college. Topics will include entrepreneurialism, graduate/professional school, careers in architecture/construction management, business/finance, engineering, health, education, and more.

7-9pm - Alumni Welcome Back Reception at the Alumni Center
CBAC will be hosting a reception for alumni, Black Faculty and Staff, and Black Graduate and Doctoral Students at the Alumni Center. Come out and enjoy some light jazz, heavy hors d'oeuvres, and a cash bar as you meet and greet our future alumni and Clemson friends from the past.

7-9pm - Tigerama at Littlejohn Coliseum **
Come out and support Black Student Union leader and Homecoming Queen Contestant Dominique Jordan and the Clemson University Gospel Choir that will be performing at this year's event. Tickets are available for $10 onsite and at Ticketmaster - $6 for Students and $8 for Adults.

7:11 -10pm - KAPsi Pageant at Tillman Auditorium **
The Homecoming Tradition that you remember is BACK! The Kappa Lambda Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. presents its annual Miss Kappa Alpha Psi Pageant featuring the beautiful undergraduate ladies of Clemson University. 10-12pm- CBAC Alumni Mixer at Host Hotel
Join fellow alumni at CBAC's official host hotel, the Microtel Inn & Suites in Anderson, Exit 19B. Stop by after a night in Tiger Town. Catch up with old friends, enjoy some old school music, light refreshments, and limited open bar.


SATURDAY, 10/8
7-8am - Tailgate Setup
Traffic will be extremely heavy and parking very limited so make plans to arrive very early if you are putting up a tent or want to park close to the tailgate. Parking will be very scarce. Individuals and groups are encouraged to bring their own tents, camping chairs, blankets, food/drinks, games, etc. To reserve your tent space contact Jessie Hood at jessierichardson at alumni.clemson.edu<mailto:jessierichardson at alumni.clemson.edu>

10am - CU Gospel Choir Rehearsal at the Host Hotel
The student and alumni choirs will be rehearsing together for the homecoming concert to be held on Sunday. Please be on time. See Sunday schedule below for details on concert location and time. 12noon - CBAC Homecoming Tailgate
CBAC's Annual Homecoming Tailgate will be held on the Alumni Center Lawn - the shaded grassy area across from Bowman Field and in front of the Clemson House. All alumni, faculty, staff, students, family and friends are invited to attend. Hamburgers and hotdogs are provided but all are encouraged to bring their own goodies. There will be lots of music and games for the kids. Last year over 700 Black alumni attended so be sure to arrive early to put up your tents, camping chairs, blankets, coolers, etc.

Note: Feel free to leave non-valuable items such as camping chairs, coolers, etc. at the tailgate during the game and pick them up later.

3pm Kickoff - Clemson vs. Boston College **

During the Game - for those that don't have tickets feel free to hang out at the tailgate. Someone will have the game set up on satellite for viewing on the lawn.

Immediately After the Game - If attending the game, be sure to circle back to the tailgate and catch up with friends you may have missed before the game.

9pm until - Social Hour at Burgundy Blues Nightclub **
Join the CBAC Alumni as they fellowship with members of all classes at the Burgundy Blues Nightclub located at 1214A N. Main Street in Anderson (864-222-5299); Enjoy no cover charge just mention "CBAC";

Late Night - Mellow Mushroom Restaurant **
Join fellow alums for TV viewing and entertainment at the Mellow Mushroom Restaurant located at 305 S. Main Street in Anderson (864-642-6767).

10-12pm- CBAC Alumni Mixer at Host Hotel
All alumni are invited to an old school mixer hosted by alumni Greeks at CBAC's official host hotel, the Microtel Inn & Suites in Anderson, Exit 19B. Continue the party at the Host Hotel. Drinks and desserts will be provided.

2-4pm - Clemson Gospel Choir Homecoming Reunion Concert **
CU Alumni Choir will be assisting the current CU Gospel Choir with a Homecoming Reunion Concert to be held at the Clemson United Methodist Church, 300 Frontage Rd, Clemson, SC 29631.
