Hello Everyone,

We would like to invite you to participate in the upcoming Greens Panel.  We are working in conjunction with Ohio State University and will be recruiting 100 panelists to participate in a Seasoned Collard Greens Preference panel.  The panel will be held on Wednesday, September 1st and Thursday, September 2nd. You only have to participate once and you can participate on either date. The panel will involve evaluating three samples of seasoned collard greens for preference using computerized sensory software.   The evaluation will require about 15-20 minutes, depending on your speed of evaluation.  Testing will occur in the sensory area, B219, located on the second floor of the Poole Agriculture building (P&A). Participants will be selected on their liking and consumption of the products being evaluated and being between the age of 25-65. Participants completing the panel will receive a $20 gift card for their time.

The schedule for the panels follows:

 *   Wednesday, 9/1 - from 10am - noon and 1pm  to 7pm
 *   Thursday , 9/2 - from 10am until we reach 100 panelists
The panels will each day with 6 panelists evaluating samples every half hour.
If you are interested in being on the panel or have further questions, please respond by return email to Dr. Coffee with your phone number and the panel date and time that would fit your schedule.  Please put in the "Subject" heading of your email "Sensory Panel".  Once notice of your interest in participating, I will be in touch with you to set up or confirm your session time.
